Clara Yee’s experience in accounting and finance ensure the management of Rembrandt’s financial operations. Clara serves Rembrandt as its Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for its financial and reporting operations.
Clara brings more than fifteen years of financial and accounting experience and has dedicated the last nine years specializing in the venture capital industry. She is also a principal of a professional services firm providing financial services such as fund structuring, distributions, financial reporting, and tax planning to Silicon Valley venture capital firms. Previously, she worked as accounting manager at Mattson Technology and as auditor for public accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Clara is a licensed certified public accountant and holds a MS degree in taxation from Golden Gate University and a BS degree in business administration with emphasis in accounting from California State University. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
