Clara Yee's experience in accounting and finance ensure the management of Rembrandt's financial operations. Clara serves Rembrandt as its Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for its financial and reporting operations.

Clara brings more than fifteen years of financial and accounting experience and has dedicated the last nine years specializing in the venture capital industry. She is also a principal of a professional services firm providing financial services such as fund structuring, distributions, financial reporting, and tax planning to Silicon Valley venture capital firms. Previously, she worked as accounting manager at Mattson Technology and as auditor for public accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Clara is a licensed certified public accountant and holds a MS degree in taxation from Golden Gate University and a BS degree in business administration with emphasis in accounting from California State University. She is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Pauline joined Rembrandt Venture Partners in February 2011. Pauline has 20 plus years of financial and accounting experience for venture capital firms and start-up companies. For the past ten years, she has been a member of a professional services firm that provides financial services to technology companies and private equity firms. Previously, she held Controller positions at Prospero Ventures, CAD Solutions and Celtrix Pharmaceuticals. Pauline holds a BS degree in Accounting from San Jose State University.

Andrea Doerner joined Rembrandt Venture Partners in 2010. Previously, she worked as a Senior Audit Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a Financial Analyst at Sun Microsystems. Andrea is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in Business Administration with accounting emphasis from California Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo.

Greta Dyer supports General Partners Jerry Casilli, In Sik Rhee and Richard Ling, and oversees all event management and marketing operations.

Before joining Rembrandt Venture Partners in 2010, Greta worked as an Office Manager for private equity investment firm, Bertram Capital, and as a Marketing Coordinator for The Ritz-Carlton. She holds a B.S. in Business Management with marketing emphasis from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Greta is an active member of the Venture Capital Office Managers Association (VCOMA).

Lauren Foutz supports General Partner Doug Schrier and Venture Partner Michael Baum. Additionally, she assists will the firm's investor relations efforts.

Before joining Rembrandt Venture Partners in 2011, Lauren worked as an Executive Assistant for KM Strategic Management and as a Marketing Assistant for Marcus and Millichap. She holds a B.S. in Business Management with finance emphasis from Brigham Young University.
