Record Attendance, Inspiring Keynotes, New Partners Announced at Day One of Allegiance Engage Summit

SALT LAKE CITY - May 17, 2011 - The Allegiance Engage Summit in Park City, Utah, brought together a sold out attendance of more than 250 Voice of Customer (VOC) professionals and Customer Intelligence experts to share experiences and discover new ways to leverage customer insights to drive business growth. Allegiance also announced new partners as well as 15 new product features. Due to the growing interest in VOC programs, next year's event, renamed as VOCFusion, will be held at the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas in 2012.
Keynote speakers on day one highlighted how the industry needs to a shift from data gathering, creating charts and reports, to providing insights and actionable steps that support a business story. These points were especially evident in Arkadi Kuhlmann's high-energy presentation, which addressed how to put the customer first in the face of a changing industry. Kuhlman, Chairman and CEO of ING DIRECT, USA, shared his experience in turning customer insights into innovation that changed the banking industry.
